PS Time after Holiday Tour ??

We are going to the late Holiday Tour (6:30 parade) on Dec. 19. I want to head over to Cafe Orleans for dinner afterwards. What time should I make my ressie???

See is you can make a 7:15 or 7:20, if those don't work make a 7:30. The parade is about 30 min, IIRC so a 7:15-30 will be good I think. Hopefully if the parade is longer someone will chime in and let me know so I don't totally mess your schedule up!

You will miss your ps if you do anything earlier than 8:00. We did the holiday tour last year and then CO for 7:30 ps and missed them. You watch the parade from IASW so the parade takes a good 20 minutes before it gets to you. So the parade will finish your area about 7:15 and then the huge crowds will break and then they move over to F! area. So you may not get over towards CO until 7:45ish

Thanks!...Decisions, decisions. We really want to eat there, but don't know if the kids will be patient enough. Maybe we'll do it another night?

Oh that's right...I forgot the tour goes backwards at night...I was thinking it would start at SW, sorry OP!!

DD was very tired by the time we got to CO and the service is good but not fast. You have a few minutes to grab something from the counter service place by PFF while waiting for the parade. They give everyone a potty check before you get your seats. I grabbed DD a churro as she doesn't do gingerbread cookies.

There is also a popcorn vendor down there, if you ask the tour guide I'm sure they will let you go get some popcorn, there is also ice cream but.....LOL

Don't count on the potty break! We didn't get one at all. You may or may not have brief time where you can grab something but it would be better to have it with you before you start the tour.

I'm not sure, but our tour took almost 3 hours and we went to the 5:30 parade, so with a 6:30 parade I don't think you should even try to do dinner afterwards with kids. How about an early dinner instead? BB has a dinner booking at 4:00 so other places probably do, too. Does CC have a dinner? That's a good spot because it's close to the tour meeting place.

Guess that doesn't give you much time! I was thinking our group met at 4, but it must've been 3. How quickly I've forgotten!

u need 30mins cushion
