PS thru DU, how long?

Dreams Unlimited made our upcoming Dolphin reservations in May. I sent a request to DU for a PS on Mother's Day for House of Blues Gospel Brunch. It's been a few days and I haven't heard anything. How long did it take to get your PS thru DU? I hope I didn't use the wrong email address!

I used DU for our October trip and had a great experience with them- so much so, I've already booked a Dec trip thru them.

My experience with PS and DU is that I e-mailed my Agent (Sue Ellen who ROCKS!! ) my PS requests. Once she had booked them, she would long them into my on line itinerary complete with PS numbers. I didn't get a response e-mail to my specific PS request e-mail- didn't need it as I could just see for myself on the itinerary.

Worked great- even on some of the trickier PSs- like Cindy's breakfast. I knew that Sue Ellen would call at the 90 day mark so usually the next day I would check my itinerary and there would be my PS time and number.

You mentioned it being a few days since you requested- check your itinerary and see if anything is logged. If not, e-mail your agent for an update.

I think it depends on the agent. My DU agent always lets me know that she's gotten my PS's, then I check my itinerary to see how close the times are to what I requested. Or at the very least, she'll let me know that she'll be working on them and to check the itinerary shortly.

Our agent, Shirley, usually will send me out an email if we got a 'big' PS. Like Princess breakfast or such. Otherwise, she just adds it to our itinerary. I can double-check on the times whenever I want.

As many have stated, my agent only emailed me on the big PS ressies I asked for. In my case, it was the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue. All the other requests I had, I would send her an email on what I wanted and then I would check my itinerary online a few days afterwards. She always got me the times and days that I wanted.
Just go online and see if maybe she has already got you what you wanted. Is it time for the ressie yet? Is HOB 30 or 60 days out?
