Want to eat in a deluxe Disney resort but don't want to have to pay like you are? The Captain's Grille in Disney's Yacht Club resort is a good way to go about it. You can read all about it at the Planning Strategy Calculator for Disney Reservations.

Thanks for the review. I've booked dinner at Captain's Grille for our upcoming October trip. I had cancelled Kouzzina after seeing that the menu was not compatible with our tastes. I then tried to get into Cape May's buffet, but it was booked. As we're staying at the BCV, I wanted something close by for that night. I had no problem getting an ADR/PS for CG, which instinctively made me wonder "why?". However, I've read several good reviews lately, which are making me really look forward to trying it!

Our past two trips we've gone to the Captain's Grill for lunch and have always had an excellent meal. My DH considers it a must-do now.

I've not been there for dinner, but the lunch sandwiches are great. My favorite is the lobster roll. DH really enjoys the Tomato & Mozzarella Sandwich. The kids meal comes with a really cute Marshmallow/Fruit Kabob for dessert. Oh, and the spinach dip appetizer was really good too.

It's always been very quiet/low key when we've visited and the service has always been excellent.
