PS... should I wait til 3am?

The wait times for making PS are INSANE! Has anybody tried to call them in the middle of the night? Do you get through right away?? lolol I'm getting desperate!

I've been calling in the mid-afternoon, and never waited more than about five minutes. Are you calling the 800 number?

I've been dialing the 407 number and the waits are insane: 20, 25, 30 minutes! I sure hope that this isn't indicative of early June crowds!!!

I've never used the 407 number... the 800 number is for ressies and dining only, I think. I scheduled two character meals and one just PS and never had to wait more than five minutes, I guess it's not as widely known.

Wow! I'm glad I did all my PS a couple of weeks ago. I called early on at about 8am, then again at about 9pm neither time did I have any problems getting through. There was another thread this week saying how busy the phoneline was. I know they open at 7am, so I guess they are closed at some point overnight, so I imagine you wont have much luck calling in the middle of the night!

Well I guess that answers my question haha. I will try calling them when they open, maybe I'll have better luck.

I tried to find (in one of my many guidebooks) the opening hours for you, but with no luck. Hope you get through.

Aha! The official guide has the hours as 7am - 11pm

Finally got thru and got the NICEST CM on the phone. We didnt get any of the character meals we wanted but she made some suggestions and we booked the Kona Cafe at the Poly for an early dinner on our MK day (just a short monorail hop over) and lunch at Rainforest Cafe and dinner at Boma on our AK day.

I'm happy with those!

I have only used the 407 number. I know that you pay for long distance, but, honestly, the waits for both phone calls last week was less than 2 min. I called about 7 or 8pm at night. I know that doesn't work great for those that want a princess PS, but for my PS I was able to get exactly the time that I wanted for my trip in 3 weeks. If you didn't get your PS times, I would try calling back closer to your trip. Have a great time!

Well, I'm on hold again. Sigh. I thought calling when they opened would make my wait time shorter. This is really ridiculous!

I wish they had some kind of online reservations.

I had the best luck calling between 7 and 8 p.m. During the day I gave up after 15 minute waits a number of times.

I did finally get through. It took about 10-15 minutes.

Why do think the waits are so long?
