We're taking our next trip with relatives, it will be our family of five and their family of five. Can I make ps seating for 10 or do I have to call a certain number for groups? A few years back at Cindy's we went with friends but they seated us at two different tables. I just want to be sure we can all sit together (right now we're considering the Cinderella dinner at GF and 'Ohana).

Thank you!!

It mostly depends on the restraurant. While traveling with 9 a couple of years ago, we made several PS and were always told that we were not guaranteed to be seated together, just near. At the 50s Prime Time we did manage a table together, but at the Plaza we had two separate tables.

'Ohana is used to large parties so there should be no problem with sitting together here. Not sure about 1900 Park in the GF!

Last week we had one table for all of us 12 at Ohana. Chef Mickey's got all 18 of us at one. 8 of us attended CRT and were seated at one table. Kona Cafe and Spoodles seated all 14 of us at one table also.

At H&V we were given 2 tables to accommodate 18, but the tables were close together and the same server took care of both.

They all did a great job of seating us together even though when I made the PSs I was told that is not guaranteed.

a lot of restaurants don't have tables that can "officially" fit large groups. They almost always have to book you on separate tables. Some places you will have to wait longer to be sat at tables next to each other. And fyi, disney group dining is for families 21+ :)

We will have 10 during the week of July 20-25th. Made reservations for us at Chef Mickeys, Storybook Princess, Garden Grill, Hoop de doo, Crystal Palace and Spoodles for breakfast. Made everything through WDW dining EXCEPT for HDD and SPoodles- was transferred to group dining for those. Charged me already for HDD AND $10/person for Spoodles breakfast with 48 hour cancellation policy. ONLY time could get a breakfast PS for spoodles was at 7:30 AM.....told me that for parties of 8 or more this was the restriction (not sure I believe the CM, but oh well!)

We frequently have a party of 9 and it depends on the restaurant. Sometimes we get 2 tables and sometimes 1. At GF Park Fare we had 9 at one lage table.

ENJOY!!
