PS Question

I am trying to make an PS for Chef Mickey's and am having no luck. Either the time is too late (we have small children in our goup) or they can't seat us all at one table. My second choice was Crystal Palace, but can't get in there either.

Do I just call back everyday and hope someone makes a cancellation? Or face the fact that we won't be eating at either?

Try calling back closer to your date. Sometimes people cancel. But in the meantime you might want to have an alternative restaurant in mind in case you can't get either.

Are you sure you won't be eating together, or did they tell you that your party MIGHT be seperated? If that latter is the case, please make the AR and go - your chances are slim to none that you'll be seperated. Honest.

The computers won't allow them to put in any number, they only have several choices. If you're a party of 6, but all the 6 tables are gone, they can give you 4 and 2 and Chef Mickeys will just squish the tables together. Really huge parties might be seperated more often, but even then restaurants are able to seat them together most of the time. CRO is required to tell you that you have a possibilty of being seperated just in case.

The AR will have the same name for both tables so the restaurant will know you're together, and when you check in just tell them you're one party and can you be seated together.

I would book it now, and call back if you want but I wouldn't sweat it too badly.
