We are going with a large group that includes 2 infants. I have only made 2 PS for our trip (O'hana for dinner and Cape May for breakfast) because I think it is going to be difficult to get everyone going and to the same place at a certain time. My question is do you HAVE to have a PS to eat somewhere or can you just go and wait?

Thanks,

You can always choose to go and wait. Depending on when you're going and how many people in your group you're trying to get in, you may not have much of a wait at all, or you may be told they can't accomodate you. If there's somewhere you really have your heart set on make a PS; if you're flexible about where you eat, then don't bother with it.
