PS Qs, still confused - sorry

1) Believe you can call & make PS 60 days ahead of time

2) @ WDW, you can make ADRs beginning the day of arrival for entire stay; does it work the same @ DL?

3) if staying onsite can you call the hotel & have them make the ressies or is that only for concierge level guests?

Yep. Vacation planning is available to everyone staying at one of the DLR hotels..
