We are going in early August and have a PS/AR for Cinderella's Royal Table for 10. This will give us 2 tables, 5 at each. Our PS is at 8:10 so they said they "should" be able to get us two table next to each other. All of that is fine, here is our problem. My mother in law just had by-pass surgery and was told by the surgeon that she will not be going with us. Now we have only 8 in our group. Should I call and tell them that we only have 8 now or just keep the 2 tables? My fear is that we might lose our PS/AR and not be able to get a new one and that would leave 3 very disappointed children and 4 very disappointed adults (my DBIL probably does not care). What should we do? Thanks for suggestions!

I believe there is a $10 depost per person so you would loose the $20 but if it was me I would just leave the reservation the way it is and tell them when you get there about the 2 people not there due to illness. I would not risk them trying to change you to smaller tables and loose the PS>

I would absolutely leave it the same and don't mess with it.

Worse case scenario you would lose the deposit on one person but I will say I went with 1 less person last July and they did not charge me that deposit in the end.

I would call and just see - there is no harm or charge in doing that. If you feel like it, keep calling to see until your trip, but leave your existing reservation. You will lose deposit money on it, but it might be worth the sacrifice to get in...

The tables will probably be the same anyways, you know?
