I've been living on the resorts board and now that I have a discounted room, I'm ready to plan PS!:)

I would love some suggestions-we're first timers and want to know the ABSOLUTES as far as resturants go. We'll be staying for 8 nights at the WL, using 5 day park hoppers-so a few meals can not be at the parks. It's me, DH, & DDs (5 & 8).

?s-Do you think it's feasable to go to MK for our first day in the park and then go to the CP at EPCOT (8:30) with PS for around 5:45?

How much of a pain is transportation from WL to Poly (for Ohanas) & GF (for 1900 Park Fare princess dinner)?

We're going to Cirque 12/4 (Sat.), where's the best place to go eat in Downtown Disney?

The night we're going to MVMCP, where do you suggest we go for dinner?

I know I have a lot of questions-again, we're first timers and would love any input!!:) :)
Thanks!!:sunny:

Transportation from WL to the POLY is not too difficult. Take the boat to CR and get on the monorail.

I first plan which parks I'm visiting on which days and write it all down. It's most helpful when you actually know the park hours of operation for your dates (I'm still waiting for NOV). That way, you can plan around evening shows, parades and fireworks.

Once I get my park plan down, I decide on Character BF, dinners or shows that plug in to our schedule. I'm doing CRT on our MK early entry day, PSB at Akershus on our Epcot day, Donald's on our AK day and Chef Mickey's on our first night at WDW. I'm adding HDDR one night when the parks close early and Fantasmic Dinner Package on our MGM day.

We usually do late character breakfasts and some character dinners. Since we go back to our resort to rest in the middle of the day, we can usually get by on two meals with a snack in our room in the afternoon.

I've never been to MVMCP but I would guess that you'd want to plan to eat early so you won't miss any of the party.

Use the PS calculator so you'll know the 90 day out dates so you can call and get your priority seatings.

Thanks so much for the tips!

We can do PS in 2 weeks-I would imagine that the Dec. schedule won't be out by then (esp. since you said you're still waiting for Nov.). I want to do CRT for my daughter's 8th birthday (will be during the trip)-does anyone know what the typical opening times are for that time of year? I know we'll have to call first thing to try to get a PS!
