PS needed for Trails End?

Is PS needed for Trails End during that last 2 weeks of Jan? Or should we be able to get something once we arrive?
call the same day or a few days ahead of time?
we are meeting my In laws at Epcot during our vacation and this seems like a place they would enjoy eating in, be affordable and give thema glimps of FW as they live year around in the Winnie now and may be a place they wish to visit in the future.
