PS made by DU-any problems?

Hello!!

Just made a deposit on my December trip with Dreams Unlimited--it feels like my trip is really happening now!!

I know that they will make PS arrangements as part of their service. How has everyone's experience been with this?

I'm pretty loose about my character meals, with the exception of, of course, CRT! I was thinking of letting my TA make all of our other PS's, but doing CRT myself...

Any thoughts?

We have had only good experiences with DU making our PS's, CRT included!!! We got pretty much the exact times at the places we wanted. In fact, we had asked for an IllumiNations Cruise for one of our trips. Well, we got an email from our DU agent telling us how sorry she was that she couldn't get it for us, but if it was alright with us, could she keep trying. Long story short..she got it for the night after we originally requested. She really seemed to be more upset than we were when she couldn't get it first time around!!! Go for it...I think you will be pleased with the results. We were.

I haven't asked for CRT, but DU has gotten all the PS's I've asked for.

DU was great for us in December. We got all of the PS's asked for including CRT. The times were close to what I asked for on the ones that I specified and where I did not specify, they were scheduled to complement our activities.

Never had a problem with them. Always got what I wanted. You'll love working with them!

Thanks for the replies...I don't know why I'm stressing, DD doesn't even know that you can eat with the characters!!

I'll leave it all up to Beth at DU & try to relax!

This is my first trip using DU and both my TA and I are going to try for CRT on my DD's birthday. She's told me she's had good luck getting it but it can't hurt for us both to try and between us one of us should get it, and if we both get it we can cancel one of them. The TA's are very nice and will work with you.

Sue Ellen made my PS' for the last trip and the closest upcoming trip, had no problems. Also if you are unhappy or need to switch times your agent can handle that but you also get your real PS number on the itinerary so you can handle changes yourself as well. I did that and then just emailed her and she added it to the itinerary giving you all your info on one page.
