OK, we switched our PS on Sunday, 5/15 from Rose and Crown to Chef de France.

Anyone care to share their experience of Chefs de France?

We have always enjoyed chefs de france, the food is very good, there are meat and fish choices, my husband loves the filet there, and I love the creme brule.

Dh and I had a lovely adults only dinner there last trip. He had some kind a beef dish (maybe a peppercorn steak?) and I had roast chicken. We had the lobster bisque, a nice wine, salads and creme brulee which was really good. :cloud9: We were there on a very cold, rainy night and had a window seat in the sunroom area. It was neat to look out onto a rainy Epcot. We would eat there again.

Along with the other posters, we've always had a good meal here. We've been...twice for dinner...5-6 times for lunch. I adore the leek and potato soup, the cheese plate, the goat cheese and raisin bread crostini salad, and the large appetizer platter. FH really enjoys the creme fraiche flatbread.

One of my favorite things to do is to sit here in the sunroom with the cheese plate and cheap red wine and watch people go by, chatting with my FH.

I thought it was OK. I thought the food was great and delicious, I just had a problem with our snooty server. I felt because her college program was ending in a couple weeks, she really didn't care to be there and didn't care to give her attention to us. Plus, it looked like she was in a crabby mood that day. That was kind of what brought down the dinner for me.

DH thought it was OK but a bit low on value. He thought the steak was a tad on the small side although it was good, it just didn't fill him up.

I'm willing to give Chefs another try but it's not going to be for a while since we have many other places to try first.

I'm just curious as to why you changed from the Rose & Crown. We have a PS for the 22 at Rose and Crown for Illuminations. Is it bad? Can you see Illuminations from the other restaurant? Should I change my PS?
