I love to try new restaurants at Disney and plan to on my next trip, however, some of those I know my family won't like so I'm probably going to try them alone. Should I make PS arrangements for one for those I believe I will be alone or go ahead and make for two in case someone does decide to go with me?

Anyone else dined alone?

If you are sure you are going to be alone I would just make it for one but if there is a possibility of someone else going with you why not make it for two just to be on the safe side.

Really not going to make much of a difference, the smallest table available seats two. I would strongly suggest making a PS either for one or two and not relying on a walk-up. Reason, if you have a PS for two you will be seated on a 2-top or sometimes space permitting on a 4-top to honor your PS. But, as a single walk up, you may be given a wait if no 2-tops are available.

WDW restaurants have a very limited number of small tables, so yes you should get PS.
