I called today to make my HUUGE LIST OF PS for our December trip. The first girl I talked to was very nice and helpful, and told us that they no longer did PS for ESPN zone on the weekends, at ESPN Zone's request. I talked to my planning buddy and we decided to do ESPN Zone on a weeknight, so we called back, and the girl we got (who was actually flat out rude) told us that they don't do PS for ESPN zone at all. I told her that it said on the Disneyland website that they do, and she said, "I don't care what it says on the internet, we don't do PS for ESPN Zone."

Is this something new, or is she wrong? I know on our last trip they took our PS for ESPN zone no problem.

Thanks!

There is some confusion on this, and it will be good to get a definitive answer once and for all. When I made a bunch of PS's back in September for our October trip, I almost made a PS for ESPN Zone because, at that time, they were still taking them at the Disneyland Dining number. I ended up not making one but we did eat there without one on the night we arrived and it was BUSY! So if it is possible to make a PS for ESPN in any way, do it because there were LOTS of people there. (But the food was great!)

Anyway, since then, I recall reading a post from another member of DISboards who said that Disneyland Dining told them that they would take PS's for ESPN Zone, but only for lunch (anything prior to 5 p.m.) during the week. Any other PS's for weeknights would have to be made by joining the ESPN Zone MVP Club on the ESPN website. And then another person said they called ESPN Zone, and the hostess told them they were not taking PS's at all - it would be walk-in only. I can't see that that would be advantageous to them because it was SOOOOOO crowded when we were there. Taking PS's would be helpful. But I don't know who is taking the PS's for which blocks of time - Disney or ESPN itself - and maybe weekend nights are just walk-ins?

We need to find out the final answer on this because we woudl like to eat there again but without that crazy wait we had to be seated!
