PS for Big River Grille and Brewry Works?

Tried to make a PS for Big River Grille this morning and the CM said that they never heard of this restaurant and that possibly it was a counter service-type eatery. Anyone everyt try to get a PS for the Big River Grille and Brewry Works? I believe it's located on the Boardwalk.

We ate there in April and we did get a ps for dinner. Not sure why they didn't know what it was???

Since you said that you got a PS, I decided to call back to WDW-DINE and they put me on hold and when they came back on, said that they don't take PSs through WDW-DINE but to call this number, 1-407-560-0253, to PS for Big River Grille and Brewry Works.

Or you can show up about 7:00pm and put in a personal PS, and stroll around the Boardwalk till they call you.

We eat there all the time and have never had a problem getting a table when we just show up. We usually like to sit outside and sometimes have to wait for one of those tables to open up. Their beer is excellent!
