PS Dinner Times?

So I took the plunge and made some priority seatings today for our July trip. I was a little dismayed when I tried to make a late dinner (or at least after 6:00) and the latest I could get at Mama Melrose's was 4:50 and at 50's Prime Time was 5:40. When I asked if there would be any later seatings opened up at a later date he said he didn't know.
Do they only serve dinner that late? Especially when the park doesn't close until 9:00 or 10:00? Should I call back after July's hours are released to try to get a later seating?

I was told to call back at 30 days out - I did that last year and was able to get a later seating for Hollywood and Vine - good luck

When your under 30 days and you should be able to change PS time to closer to what you would prefer.
