PS at GF w/ anniversary cake??

Can you make Priority seating/ressies for the Grand Floridian Cafe?? I want to surprise my DH with a small wedding cake with the same flavors as our GF cake was at our wedding. (We forgot to grab the topper to take home with us!) I've read somewhere that the GF bakery will deliver as long as it's in the hotel...?

Any advice on this?? Cost of such a thing?? Do you get choices on the cake flavors and fillings?

I'm dying for our yellow cake with Strawberry mousse and fresh strawberry's!!!

Oh, that sounds good!

I can't help about the cake but you can make PSs or ADRs at the GFC and we always do so.

On the resorts board, there have been threads about ordering from the bakery. Maybe try there if no one else has the answer for you.

I think you need to call the GF Bakery about 48 hours in advance. They will send it to the GF restaurant you are eating at. When you get there let the waiter or hostess know.....

We ate at 1900 Park Faire this past sat. July 30th for our 21 year anniversary. I ordered a special 6 inch cake for us. If you click on the link in my sig you can see not only the cake, but I also took a pic after we cut into it so you can see what was inside...YUM!!

It was a white cake with white chocolate mousse and fresh raspberries in between the layers, covered with buttercreme icing which was smooth as silk and it melted in your mouth. It was an amazing and flavorful cake.

On top is a white chocolate M&M Bride and Groom with "gum paste" roses. So pretty. In front the banner is made of white chocolate, with the consistancy of tootsie rool. They roll this out thin to make the banner. And write in dark chocolate. It was just a work of art.

Oops, forgot to mention, we ordered this from the GF Bakery. Don't have the # on me. Just call 1-904-WDW-DINE and they can transfer or have them give you the main # for GF and then ask for the bakery.


The cost was $40 minus our DDE discount of 20%.SWEET!!
