PS at Downtown Disney??

Can you make PS (or whatever they are called now) for restaurants in Downtown Disney? I would like to eat at the House of Blues on a Sat night round 6:30 before we see Cirque.

We called Rainforest in Downtown Disney directly (a wk before the 90days opened up) to make a reservation

Here is the breakdown of restaurants and PS.
Rainforest Cafe: have to call the restaurant directly at least 24 hours in advance
Captain Jack's: does not accept Priority seating at any time
Fulton's: Priority seating can be made by Disney Dining at anytime, unless they are on walk up only for that night
Portobello Yacht Club: Priority seating can be made by Disney Dining at anytime.
Planet Hollywood: Priority seating can be made through Disney Dining at least 24 hours in advance for lunch and after 10 pm.
Bongos: call the restaurant directly.
Wolfgang Puck Cafe: call restaurant directly.
Wolfgang Puck Dining Room: call restaurant directly.
House of Blues: Disney Dining can make Priority seating at least 24 hours in advance, after that, PS must be made through the restaurant directly.

Jusyt to add on to this; I called Bongo's directly and they said they only take reservations for groups of 8 or more.
