I am making Welcome Bags for our guests and putting Welcome Folders in them. The folders I purchased have a little cut out where you can place a business card. I was thinking of making an Emergency Card with phone numbers on it and placing it in the slot. I want to put mine and my DF's cell phone number but I also don't want to get all these crazy calls the morning of the wedding.

Did you girls provide phone numbers for your guests? Maybe I could put our cell numbers but the general number for Disney Weddings - I don't want to give our my planners number and have her getting crazy calls either but I think it is important to give our guests some numbers.

What numbers would you suggest giving out?

Linda

we put both of our numbers and the only calls i got were fr bridal party, so that was nice there was alot of info on my welcome packet letter so i could prevent calls i also emailed a copy of welcome letter info regarding the buses to people a week before, so that would prepare them, and they could ask early, i will fwd it to you if you would like to see it, let me know.....Bobbie

Hi Bobbie - long time no email.

Thanks, I would appreciate it if you could forward it to me.

I really do want to provide our numbers to our guests - not only for emergency situations but if we are in a park and they are in the same park it would be great to try to meet up. I figured it I put the info on a business card it would be something small they could take with them.

My dad made the cutest cards that we included in our folders. They were actually printed on foldover business cards. They had our itinerary for the week (which parks we were visiting on which days) and had my phone number, DH, and both of my parents. We also had a note on there that the day of the wedding all calls should be directed to my mom's cell phone which we passed off to her best friend.

You can just barely see one attached to our folder in this picture to the right. I know it's not the greatest shot.
