Wanted to share with someone, anyone. Today I went back to the doctor for a recheck and found out that I have lost 22 lbs. in just 3 months! These past few months have been extremely stressful for me so it is amazing that I didn't gain any weight and that I actually lost some. Seems like most of the time when we are stressed we eat more junk and such. I've been keeping myself very busy and haven't even had the time to walk like I should.

I've told people for years that diets never work for me, that my body will loose it when it's ready. Apparently it is ready now. I knew I had lost some, but didn't realize it was that much. Now I just hope the trend keeps up and I loose even more.

Then comes the dreaded clothes shopping. UGH!

Congrats-- what an accomplishment! I am wanting to drop right around the same amount. How did you do it without a diet? Just watching what you're eating? Exercising? I hope my body decides it's ready, too!

Clothes shopping should be much more fun now :)

Stacy I really have no idea how I've done it. Maybe it's because I'm working way too much. I took 3 road trips in May and June which got it all started. When I am traveling I can't eat well at all. I like to go walking, but I work so much that I just don't have the time or energy left to go walking.
