Does anyone have any recommendations for protective gear for skateboarding? We bought a combo pack of wrist guards and elbow and knee pads from Toysrus and they are not working for us. The brand is Channel One. The elbow and knee pads have elastic in the back and it is way too tight and the wrist guards have just fallen apart in less than a week. Yes my son is tough on them because he is just learning to skate but we need to get something better. Unfortunately there are not any shops around our area that sell them so I need to order online. I would like a knee pad that you do not have to take your shoe off to put on. Also, I would like a wrist pad that has the protective plastic built in and not a slide in piece of plastic. Does anyone have any recommendations on what to get and where to order it from? He probably needs an adult small in these as the kid size we have now is so tight. Thanks for any help.
