My daughter is thinking of applying for a Disney Store job. They will be interviewing this weekend. What would be the appropriate attire for a 21 year old girl (she's my daughter, she's still a girl :confused3) going to a Disneystore cast-member interview.

All suggestions greatly appreciated.....

I can give you my experience. I am a campus rep for the college program and when we do presentations on campus we are expected to wear a nice blouse (collar was preferred by our recruiter last semester, but that might just be a preference). Dress pants or skirt that was knee length or no more than 2 inches above the knee. Nylons were required but that has changed this semester. Our recruiter always wore a jacket when presenting. I would suggest leaning more towards conservative and classic, rather than trendy. Not sure if it matters, but if they are paying attention to details she may want to consider keeping her jewelry very simple (one pair of post earrings, max one ring, simple necklace if any). I know there are specific rules relating to jewelry but I can't find the exacts. Hope that helps and good luck!
