Pros/cons of 3br villa at Kidani vs. Copper Creek

We are going for our first ever DVC trip in January (YAY!). We own at Boulder Ridge, but decided to go to a 3br because we are bringing my sister and her family. There will be 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 12, 6, 6, 4).

I am really leaning toward trying to get a 3br at Copper Creek. The other contender is a savanna view at Kidani. I'm posting a list I put together to try to sort out the differences...what am I missing?

We plan to do all 4 parks, with MK twice. We are also leaning towards doing the Hoop Dee Doo Review. My family loves the food at AKL, but my sister's family is a little more picky. I also like the option of taking the boat over to California Grill for our date night meal out without the kids...

And most importantly, what would you do?

Voted Copper Creek simply due to the age of the children and the proximity to MK.

The GVs at Kidani are far, really far from the lobby.

I might be biased as a WLV owner. I would pick CCR everything new and updated And can't beat the location.

Because of your plans for MK twice and Hoop De Doo I'd vote CCR. The AKV GV's are incredible too so really can't go wrong but I'd go location for this one.

If you are booking on points there is only one grand villa declared at Copper Creek, the other three are still owned by DVD for cash rentals. But if you can get the CCV GV, I would stay there especially since you are going to MK twice and possibly doing Hoop de Doo Review. Good luck.

Whoa, only one? And I thought odds were bad with 4! Wow. Thanks for telling me so I can be realistic in my expectations.
