Props to Len Testa

I haven't seen him here recently, but Len Testa is a Dis-er who has been a contributer to the UG for quite a while. I picked up the 07 UG today and noticed that Len now has co-authorship credit with creator Bob Sehlinger. I just wanted to say "way to go Len".
The UG is a terrific travel guide and one I purchase each year.

I love the UG! The Pillow Fluffiness rankings absolutely killed me, especially the part about it being impractical for them to acquire/carry around dismembered heads (which I'm sure isn't how they phrased it) and so used milk jugs filled to approximate the weight of a head!

Also pleased that the cut-out thingies are no longer blue. That was a bit hard to read in the bright Florida sunshine.

And the website gets better and better.

I've been reading the UG since the one with the pink flamingo on it...love 'em!

I love the UG website, but I find it odd that when I tried to make a link to the site to show the best days chart, that the link was blocked and in it's place was a bunch of ******'s. Maggie

I'm guessing it's because Tour Guide Mike now sponsors this board which is also *I'm guessing* why we haven't seem much of Len Testa lately either. Shame.

Congrats to Len. The Unofficial Guide is the best WDW guide book out there!

UG will ALWAYS be better than tour guide mike in my mind. Go listen to his podcast at WDWToday.com! It is the one of the BEST Disney podcasts out there!

I happen to love the UG, and Len has always been very kind and helpful in his responses to my e-mails. In all fairness I have never tried TGM.

I guess I should have thought of that Oh well, I hope Len still drops in from time to time. Irrespective of TGM, the UG is an awesome piece of work. Having been to WDW 30+ times we don't need a guide, but I purchase the UG each year just to get their latest perspective. Then I loan it out to friends who are going to WDW

I always like reading the UOG. Now that you mention it, it does seem like Len hasn't dropped by in a while. That's a shame. Probably should mention since any mention of UOG seems to be followed by a mention of TGM... I am also a TGMer (using for first time on upcoming trip) and there is really nothing I would complain about with TGM either.

I think that I heard him on the radio once, representing the Unofficial Guide. I am sure that he is a very nice gentleman, but we heard him give out some incorrect information. This was a while ago. Regardless, we don't use guidebooks, so it doesn't really matter.

I'd like to offer my props to Len as well...the touring plans offered were just perfect for our trip.

We even found the MNSSHP plans just in time before our trip on 10/06! The best $6.95 I ever spent for his website.
