Under Proposition R Oceanside Water Pollution Control Plant will become the George W. Bush Sewage Plant.

IMHO, it should have stopped as a little partisan joke at a bar,

It is inaccurate anyway...sewage treatment plants turn crap into something potentially usable ........................

Several years ago when they opened a new employee cafeteria at the Department of Commerce Building in Washington DC it was name the "Alferd Packer Memorial Cafeteria". I agree. It is amazing that it is actually on the ballot. But it does beg the question, will W be invited to speak at the dedication ceremony if it passes?

Just because something gets enough signatures to put it on the ballot, doesn't mean it should be there.
