Proposing at WDW soon, is the MK HUB as mess?

Hello all, we are going to WDW on Sept 12th then a DCL the 18th. We used to live in FL and I always planned to propose near the rose garden in front of the Minnie and Mickey where a photopass CM was always at. Now I am not so sure with all the construction going on, do they have CM's near the wishing well in the meantime or any other currently unobstructed viewpoints of cinderella's castle? If you have any other ideas about where to propose I welcome those too! TIA~!

Just carefully pick your spot and the camera angle and you'll be fine.

Propose in front of BOG. You get a great view of the joint and there's always MM person there. I'd angle them more in front though:

We have seen two proposals that were in nice settings.
One was in the hub area in front of the Walt and Mickey statue
The other was under the arch to new fantasy land during Wishes. No photographers there for that though. The group I saw had someone with them snapping photos and video

May I offer the idea of two proposals?

One could be a private proposal, like at the top of the contemp at night, the dock at the grand Floridian, Victoria and Albert's, out at savannah at night at AK after dinner at Jiko's...etc

The second could be a little more out there at MK. That way you can always have your romantic quiet proposal to keep in your heart, followed by a very public one for the photographs and stuff.
Just a thought.

Hub may be okay by then - it has to be ready by the 15th for MNSSHP Stage show ...

There are quite a number of videos on U tube and Bing showing other peoples proposals. If the hub does not work out, you may get some ideas from these.

The Plaza Gardens at Magic Kingdom could be a perfect proposal spot.

That is a beautiful spot just don't plan on it during, or near, Wishes. It's the FP area and will be full of people. Though if you want Castle, lights, fireworks and such around, and don't mind a lot around you, it could be a lovely spot too. Just need a FP for it

Thank you everyone for the replies, I am getting more nervous as the time gets closer and just want to do it ASAP when we get there as my nerves will be shot if I wait the whole day. I am thinking either in front of the walt statue or in front of BOG. We are going to Le Cellier the first full day at the parks for dinner but I do not think I can wait that long hahaha.

That bridge from UK to France, just past the International Gateway entrance, is a lovely spot too. If you could wait that long.
