hey everyone, i dont know if there is already a thread for this but im going to disney on november 07. im going to ask my girl to marry me ive called disney weddings but they dont have any special packages available, i need some ideas i want it to be very special and somthing that we will remember forever.

Definitely do searches in this forum and you will come up with a bunch of ideas. I know that Cinderella's Royal Table has an engagement package (that's how I was proposed to). Also I'm not sure if it's event services that can set other things up for you. Maybe some other brides can give you the number. There have been some great stories, do a little searching and I'm sure you'll get some ideas...Good Luck!

On Main Street, U.S.A., in the crystal/ glass shop, they sell these glass slippers, that I believe you can get engraved. I dont know where you were planning on asking her, but if it is over dinner ( or how appr. at Cinderellas Royal Table), what about asking the waiter/ess to hold the slipper and the ring inside the slipper, if you trust them to hold the ring, or right before dessert you can slip your server the ring to put in the slipper, and bring the slipper out with her ring, to her during dessert time! My DH proposed to me just as Illuminations was ending at a little "table" when every one was leaving.. so every one saw! That was so special too! I was so surprised. Just the randomness of it is great! Hope I helped.

thank you guys i have some searching to do now and some thinking to do. i do alot of people rent out the grand 1 and propose durung the fireworks? because thats one of my ideas so far. but again the glass sliper idea is great too.

Its the smaller size, (only $25 including the engraving and tax) I was afriad to get the $100 one because I was too paranoid it was going to get ruined on the flight home. It still held my ring nicely and now it has a much better spot on my bookcase than the big one would have
