Proposal Help

I am going to WDW this spring and plan on proposing to my girlfriend at the Magic Kingdom. Is there a number I can call for someone at Disney that could help with logistics? My plan is to have a caricature artist at the Magic Kingdom (not at our resort) draw a picture of her, with myself off to the side asking her. Thanks for any help you can give me!
