Proposal at WDW

My sister, who has not been to wdw since she was a kid, is meeting my family there for a vacation in Feb. they are only going to be there for 1.5 days, but during that time she wants to propose to her girlfriend. We are looking for thoughts/suggestions/ideas on what might be best. My sister is fairly private but her girlfriend adores WDW so she thought that would be most special. We are eating at 1900 Park Fare the first night, then Animal Kingdom in the AM, and World Showcase that night with Rose and Crown for dinner. Any ideas?

I would try the back of one of the World Showcase pavilions for privacy. Japan has a lovely garden up the steps behind the quick-service restaurant and pagoda. Sounds exciting! Maybe I should try a weekend getaway too.
