Property Address on Booking Form for Villa Rental

Is it common for the property address to be listed on the booking form? I am interested in two different properties at reunion resort from individual owners and neither indicate the specific address on the form.

Most owners won't give out the actual address until all monies have been paid up but some will so ask .
