Prop Shop questions

Hey everyone, I had a couple of questions about the Prop Shop and I haven't been able to find this info. Where is cocktail hour at if you are using Prop Shop? Also I've seen that the capacity is 100, but does anyone know a more accurate count once you add a dance floor? With a buffet and seating for 70 would there be room for dancing? Thanks!

I'm not exactly sure where the cocktail hour would be held at the Prop Shop, or even if it has space to accommodate one. Depending on the time of day, you could always have the cocktail hour at another location though. Prop Shop is the rain back-up for my reception, and we're holding the cocktail hour during Illuminations at the Italy Isola West.

I've not been in there yet but our reception is to be at the Prop Shop and as I understand it the cocktail hour is in there as well. No doubt you could ask to use another location but I believe ours is happening that way just for logistics. We're getting married at Sea Breeze Point, the guests must then take transport to backstage DHS to get to the Prop Shop. Any additional venue would still require being transported backstage afterward - though DHS is indeed accessible by guests from the Prop Shop and it's not unusual to do so.
