proof of time submitted on time, but never updated

ugh! I submitted my proof of time for both the Disney Half and the Princess Half together back in October, and received an email that both races were all set.

Checked my waiver for Princess last night and noticed my bib # is way higher than my DD's and we both submitted nearly the same 10K time. So I call RunDisney today to make sure my proof was updated and was told they have no proof of time on my registration. Really?? My proof was submitted just fine for the Disney Half a couple weeks ago, I was placed in an appropriate corral for my time, but somehow the Princess Half was never updated

I vaguely remember people having similar issues for Marathon Weekend but didn't really pay attention since it didn't apply to me. Anyone have this issue before and were you able to get it resolved and have your corral placement corrected?

I am waiting to hear back from someone at trackshack, they wouldn't deal with it on the phone today. I did re-forward the original email I had sent in October showing that I did submit the proof before the deadline.

I would expect them to amend your corral placement either before or at the expo with the documentation that you submitted your proof of time by the deadline. While they aren't looking to accept new times at the expos, exceptions for mistakes are likely to be made as they would be far fewer.

My fiancee and I have only run three events, all in 2013 (Goofy, DL, TOT) and I didn't have issues with my time submissions. If I had to guess - not really knowing their inner workings - they probably just got turned around having a qualifying time submitted for two separate events in one e-mail. While it absolutely makes sense for efficiency on your end, I could see it being so routine to key in one event per e-mail that it got overlooked.

Thankfully, I received an email tonight that stated they didn't update the proof of time in error and I can bring the email to the runner relations booth at the expo to have them review for the appropriate corral placement. So relieved!
