We just booked a trip to WDW for Nov. and my brother and his 14 year old son are coming along. We have been before but they haven't and know less than nothing about the whole thing. I was wondering if there is any kind of a promotional video (they don't have a dvd player) that could be sent to them to give them an idea of what's in store.
well, the planning informational video that is on disney's website allows you to have it sent to your house. but they no longer have an option on the website to select a vhs video... but if you call the central reservations office, tell them that you would like to order the planning video but in a VHS format, they should be able to help you and send it out. you can have it sent to their house, or one to your and one to theirs...
