Promotional Magic Your Way w/Free Dining Plan for DVC too?

Disney is running a limited time promotion for a Magic Your Way Package with Free Dining Plan for travel mid-August through September. Does anybody know if there is a way to get this applied to travel booked with DVC vacation points? We really want the package, but are DVC members, so we're not paying cash for the room.
