Promo Tickets Question

I purchased two tickets at the promotional price from Undercover Tourist back in November. When I purchased the tickets, it asked me for the names of the people for each ticket. The plan was for my husband to go with me at the end of March/beginning of April. However, there have been some health issues in my family and it's increasingly likely that my husband will not be able to go, as he may need to stay and care for someone. If I can find someone else to go with me, is it possible to use the other promotional ticket for them?
