Promise Rings and Teens

Well she got the promise ring and it's adorable. I asked what the promise was. She said he promised to always be there for her. Honestly, they are such a cute couple. I can't help but be happy for them. I have no idea how long this will last but for now they seem very happy. Thanks again for all the comments on promise rings!

I think kids are getting way too serious too early. Whatever happened to just dating and having fun?

Aren't people getting married later and dating around longer now than in the past. I'm sure the average is alot older these days than 15-20 years ago.

That being said, I personally don't agree with teenagers becoming too serious too young. So I agree withwhat you are saying.

Honestly - I don't think promise rings are anything more than today's version of your boyfriend giving you his class ring.
