Promenade Refreshements in WS....where?

Where is the Promenade Refreshments stand located? I know it's in the WS at Epcot, but where exactly? And does anyone know if they accept the DDP? They apparently have a rootbeer float & I have a kid who loves these!!

I believe that it is to the right, but before Canada, as you enter WS. Hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

I just wanted to let you know that there are several places in WDW to get rootbeer floats. We always get them at the refreshment stand next to the Tiki Room in the MK and I believe that they are also available in Fantasyland.

The location provided is correct. And it does take the dining plan on certain things. Can't remember seeing a root beer float listed on the menu but then again, I wasn't looking for it.
