We went to 3 houses for pics, 1st 2 with Matt on his own are our back garden, we have nice views almost as good as in the other pics, we can see a little more like canals, cricket ground, view goes for miles. I had option of a very cheap 5 bed house with acre of land a few years back could have easily doubled my money by now but I couldn't give up the view here.

No not a neighbour, just used to go out with a girl who lived on edge road, many moons ago

My goodness he must have been relieved to get back home in time for his prom.

Sorry Libby I forgot to answer this, When we were delayed all he cared about was missing the Prom, not his GCSE's or having the business closed, just his evening out. Not sure he was looking forward to doing a speech but he said it went well and got a few laughs.

No not sad, its lovely area. We moved here just 20 years ago, it would be very difficult to leave.

The views are priceless. We have a riverside walk, the River Avon and farmers' fields at the back of our house. It's lovely but I'd rather have your view.
