Project Future

I am currently reading the book "Project Future" It is a very good explanation of how the decision was made and politics were handled for the creation of Disney World. What are some other less known Disney must reads out there?

I don't think it's less known but Realityland by David Koenig is good.

I really enjoyed Project Future! Probably my favorite book about the Disney company so far has been “Disney War” by James B. Stewart. It’s a fascinating look at Eisner’s time at the company, and provided a lot of interesting context for the current state of the company - a lot of what’s happening today has roots in decisions and choices Eisner made.
