There is an Open House/Art Show up at dd10's school tonight so I hope to get a picture or two from that.

My DD proudly displaying her permits!!!!
We were in and out in 10 minutes from start to finish and back home!
We were the 2nd ones in the door and there were 3 ladies waiting to help!!!
I was amazed as DD and I had not discussed the issue.. they asked her to be an organ donor.. she looked at me teared up and said if they couldn't save her...save someone... the lady and I both cried!!! I had to give consent of course as she is a minor...but DH and I both are donors....I agreed...

THat's great Nancy! My very good friend needed a kidney when she was 20. Her donated kidney is now 20 years old! We had a kidney party back in February.

It wasn't even a subject we talked about.. I hadn't even thought about them asking her that question...

I took her out driving this afternoon... she actually did pretty good for the first time behind the wheel.... her turns are not the best but who's were on day one?? She only scared me once..but she panicked w/ some idiot driver who decided it was of utmost importance to ride her butt... which showed PJ.. "not only are you an offensive driver; you have to be a defensive driver too"...
