mine went through and it printed a reciept for NOTHING. it said i had nothing in my cart. when it clearly showed 2 in there when processing. i have an order # for what? payment info and everything.

i'm so bummed. i really hope it's not ebayers sucking them all up. that would totally stink.

I can't believe they were so unprepared. It took me 45 min to finally get through to confirmation. And the site was very unfriendly. I had to put something in my cart, to get back to my cart, then remove it for the order.

I did get a conf email. It says it may take up to 4 weeks to ship, but usually 2-3 days.

I have one like that, too, Holly. And then one for a completely separate order # that lists 2 as quantity, but charged me for one.
yeesh.

i will call the # on friday to make sure i dont have 6 of them coming, because each time i tried i had 2 in my cart and i have 3 emails with different order #'s!!!

Did you look at the fine print on the email? "Please note: Most orders ship within 2-3 business days, but during periods of high volume, orders may take up to 4 weeks to ship."

Hmmm, think this counts as high volume?

I have all four next weeks of January ready. Background paper picked and matching cardstock cut for mats. I will probably ink these while watching TV or something.

On to getting February ready.

Holly, if you end up getting more than one, I'll buy one off you. I can use that one for my ILs. I think my MIL would prefer the more clean lines of that kit than the frilly one I'll be making.

I took a break & scrapped a few pages of our Disney trip. Went back & it went through no problem. The only thing is that it shows $0.00. If that were only true. But, I received an email confirmation & an order #, so I figure I'm good to go. But, just in case I emailed cust serv & let them know that I hadn't been charged.

So, if you haven't been able to get through yet, go back & try again.

I see your background paper is 12x12. But what sizes did you cut for your photo mats, journaling blocks, & week of block? Are you doing the same layout as the kit or are you gonna mix it up a bit? You might have already posted the info, but wasn't sure. It looks really neat. I really should be doing it this way b/c I have so much unused card stock & other supplies.

okie dokie! i just can't figure them out. if they knew (which they prob. did), why didn't they do something with their servers?

I got five "confirmation" emails...

4 of them had a confirmation id # and 1 of them had my actual order (and I was able to order 2 - one for P03)

I hope I don't end up with a gazzillion of them - I too will call customer service tomorrow to make sure.

On page 4, PrincessNancy96 posted some layouts using 2x6 [title] 4x6, 4x4. 2x4 & 2x2, mixing them up. I ended up cutting the mats at 4-1/4x6-1/4, they will still fit, just not as pretty spacing. I will configure them as I figure what the pictures will be. As long as I have enough cardstock cut, I should be fine each week. I didn't want to limit myself right away to specific layouts.

Oh, and just incase you were wondering, no, there isn't a 4x6 for every day. Some will get the 4x4 instead.

Once everything calms down, if any of you find that you ordered more than one, before you cancel the extra books, I'd post it here or on the sticky b/c some might have given up & decided not to order b/c of all the waiting & getting kciked out.

Also, I was on Becky's blog & many who have ordered the KOTM before said, it will show $0.00 on the receipt until they charge your account (it is shipping). Also, that you don't always receive an email confirmation even if your order went through. & Lastly, all of this is very common w/ the CK site when they do new releases of the KOTM & registration for scrap weekends, etc. So, all the drama seems to be normal when dealing w/ CK.
