On my last swap, sending non-flat rate turned out to be cheaper for many packages so I sent money back to people, so if you sent for flat rate, it might be enough to cover the DC. The biggest problem is when people send money for an envelope but need a box that costs double the envelope (happens because people make the smaller elements that fit nicely in the envelope, but forget that what they get back will include borders, mats and other larger pieces that don't fit in the small package).

Jill, your package came today.
And you can quit stressing about the postage. In my last swap, someone sent from the APM, and when I asked at my PO, they said it was fine, just needed a meter stamp with the current date. Which I will get when I add DC.
Everything looks so great in person. Sometimes pics don't do an element justice.
