Professional stroller researcher needed! Mac Quest

I've decided on the Quest.

The Mac site indicates 5 colors (none of which are Fire/red) and weighing 12.2 lbs for the 2006 model.

I was at BRU the other day and I swear they had the carbon one but went back and it was red. The tag said "Fire" and weighed 13.4lbs. $199 (actually the tag was missing for the Sport but they had the Quest MOd for 199)

I just searched on ebay fo such item and found 1 Fire "2006" Quest weighing 13.4lbs for $129

Is this a special version..the red? WHy so much cheaper on ebay? Are they trying to sell last years version?

When we got our first set of baby stuff (crib, carseat, stroller, etc.), there were quite a few sales advertising the previous year's models. Turns out that summer is when the new versions come out, and I think there's a big 'baby products show' in July or August. So would not be surprised if you are seeing some of last year's items (though I think they should say so!)

I think BRU may just have an exclusive for this color. It's listed on their website as 2006 and it's the same design as the other colors. Our local store said they are just getting them in so I think it's new-ish.

I have a BRU gift card so was hoping to just buy direct from the store but had not seen that color.
