I saved it in a Word file, prettied it up a bit and reduced it to 8 pages (instead of 18, excluding Canadian products), 3 columns each, so if anyone wants it, send me your email address and I'll send it to you.

Of course you shouldn't assume, if doing Atkins, that they fit into the Atkin's program; the list does include Atkin's products tho.
