Problems with www.visitdisneylandparis.com

Hi again !

I have booked my Disneyland trip at visitdisneylandparis.com and I was very pleased with them. Everything went fine untill now.

I´m trying to reach them via email, because I have some questions about my booking.

I´ve send them 3 mails over the last week, but no reply.

Now I´m a little bit nervous.

Can anyone help me ? Has anyone else these problems, too ?

If it were me then i think i would telephone them rather than wait for them to reply to emails.

I hope you get it sorted out.

To talk in English is near impossible.....

They called me today on the phone !!!

Ups...with my horrible English speaking.....

But they were very friendly and nice and helped me with my questions and problems and everything is ok now.
