OK-thanks so much for the UK number because my first call took 18 minutes and the second took 8 so thanks goodness it was UK and not international rates. The first girl, although very pleasant made me set up a new password which then meant I couldn't access my existing booking-it kept saying "This reservation is owned by Julie-contact her" Well I am Julie and unless I'm having an out-of-body experience I don't need to contact me!!! Luckily the next call got me a lovely guy who reset my old password and made everything work beautifully again. Very nervous now though as its 60-day day in just over 2 weeks and I do NOT want this to happen then or the air will be blue...
