Problems with Universal Website?

Hi, new to this forum!

Having trouble trying to check dates/prices for the hotels on the U.S website, it keeps comin up with this error message:

We apologize but an unexpected system communication error occurred while processing your request. Please try your request again later.

I keep trying again later lol but still the same!

Anyone else having this problem? thinking maybe it doesn't like macs/safari or its because im in the uk???

On the uk website i've found my dates on the stay more save more offer, for $140 per night (HRH)

Total for 5 nights (30 sep - 5th oct 2010) inc tax is $789. I think this is a pretty good price but wanna check the u.s website and compare the 5 nights for 3 offer and also this super saver rate people are on about? although i dont seem to be finding that?

as you can see i'm a bit confused! any help would be greatly appreciated! i really wana get it booked

Are you using www.loewshotels.com?

I see the same price that you are quoting. ($140)

Supersaver is just the old name for Stay More Save More.

Oh right! i didn't realise they were the same rate
Thought i was missing out coz i couldn't find this supersaver rate!! silly me!
Thanks for that, just checked the loews website and it is exactly same as booking through universal uk site, don't suppose it matters which i use as long as its booked!!

Hey, I noticed that when I tried to go outside the parameters--like looking at black out dates for the promotion then it came up with that message.
