Problems with park reservation availability calendar - errors

When I try to view the theme park reservation availability calendar I keep getting this message:

I am clicking on the link from https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/experience-updates/park-reservations/ and I've tried getting in through other links. Is it working for you? Hasn't worked for me today or yesterday.
 
I am having trouble with it as well. It was working earlier this morning, but not this afternoon. I too get the “access denied” code.
 
How many people are in your party, and more importantly are they in different 'buckets'? I've heard people having weird errors when some have APs and others regular tickets in the same party. The solution was doing the reservations separately for the 2 groups.

I'm not trying to book one right now. I'm checking availability to possibly move something around in our reservations. There's just 2 of us in the party...no APs.

Actually, I wouldn't trust the link I gave you. I can't tell which bucket it's for. When I get to it from the WDW site, this is the one I get and it seems to work. PIck the correct bucket.

EDIT: OK, weird, now your link is working too. Maybe it was really just messed up.

Try an incognito window or clear your browser cache. Have you tried it through the MDE website, not a direct link?

What browser are you using? I am in Firefox and it's worked several times today for me (including now).

I just went into my MDE ... if I do it that way I can't really see what's available since I already have reservations...

If you go through the following link, and then click on the availability link at the bottom that says the following. Does that work? The first link is from the covid warnings at the top of every page.

Anyone still having issues with this still? The site seems to work early in the morning only. I get the HTML error code.
Disney gave me a link and it worked once and went right back to the error code.

Not working for me at all today. We've got a big group going and a few people wanted to join us. So I was in trying to see what was available, and I'm just getting error messages

Try again. The entire reservation system, ADRs, park passes, etc, was down today due to an ADR release glitch. I think things are back up now.
