Problems with online system today?

I have been trying to go into the online reservation system today with no luck. Every time I click on the make online reservation link it tells me it can't connect to the page. I had no problems yesterday so I don't think it is my computer. Has anyone been on today?
 

I'm having issues too - on my MacBook Pro & iPad. Are the others having issues on Mac or Windows?
 
The online system has limited capacity. Lots of people just in looking around, others looking for someone that can't book yet. :sad2:

When someone leaves, you will be able to get in unless the site is down for maintenance.

So just keep trying. :thumbsup2

I am able to login to the Member Site, but when I try to get into Online Reservations or the vacation centre, I get an error.
 
I am having the same issue on Windows. I have tried 2 different search engines. This concerns me as I have to make my reservations on Tuesday morning and if I can't get in that will be a problem. :scared1:
 
I am having the same problem this morning. I tried 3 times to book a reservation and the system locked up all 3 times. Now I can't even log in.

You would thing a company the size and experience of Disney would have a better IT team.
 
just tried getting in and couldn't. I can access the DVC site but not the on-line booking.:surfweb:
hpoe it's just because they are adding something.
 
I just called MS - the online ressie system is having issues but they are able to access it through MS. I guess we gave been spoiled for the last little bit :)
 
I'm having trouble when I try to make a reservation although I am able to do everything else - including checking my Waitlist requests.

I LOVE the online booking. I'm always looking around to see what resorts/dates are available. It's my new hobby!
 
I can get into the member website, but when I try to open the vacation center, I get a message that it cannot open the webpage. I am on a Windows-based machine at work currently. I guess I'll try later . . .

Yes anything that involved booking is the area limited in capacity. You can still get in and see the rest of the site.

Disney contracted out their IT department that handles this type of stuff years ago. To the best of my knowledge it is still that way. You get what you pay for and apparently they don't pay enough to have things work the way we all know they should.
